I was visiting for one night with my son, as pert of a visit to the nearby motor museum and couldn't have stayed in a nicer place. Menu was a bit different, service was excellent, room was perfect and the breakfast was just right.

Pleasant English Inn

Very pleasant English pub with rooms. Friendly staff, good food especially fresh cooked breakfast. Good parking and overall a successful night away with dinner etc. My only disappointment is that £250 for B&B single occupancy felt excessive hence 4 out of 5.

Lovely stay

Lovely quite location, room was lovely and the king bed was extremely comfortable. Food was fantastic, compliments to the chef for both the evening meal and breakfast. Staff very attentive. Will definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay with our two large dogs who were also very well looked after and catered for by the lovely landlords. Modern rooms, perfect size. Good walking distance of Lymington. We will definitely stay again thank you!

Great option for Lymington

This was a pleasant B&B and was quite good for a handicapped person. Handicapped shower was excellent. The free breakfast was very good and Ed, our server was delightful.

A nice place to spend the night when you are on the go. Rooms are small but authentic and very clean. No extra “spoiling” stuff there but everything you need exists. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

My fiancé and I visited for a two night get away and were thrilled with our choice to stay here. The setting and accommodation was beautiful and atmospheric and the staff were so friendly attentive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend the Walhampton Arms again and had a lovely trip.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. It was close to the hotel for breakfast and an evening meal. We arrived during a very bad storm so it was convenient that the hotel provided an evening meal.

Very well appointed hotel for staying in Lymington

A lovely practical room on the ground floor (as all rooms there were) with everything I needed for a good night's stay. The bathroom had THE most sensible shower I've ever experienced - the controls set apart from where the water descends on you so I could get the temperature and flow right before starting to shower! (why isn't this standard in hotels?). Lovely helpful staff and I liked the atmosphere of the place.
