Very poor experience
"They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received ..."

"Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est agréable, souriant, aimable. La chambre est propre, rien à redire sur la propreté. Le seul souci que nous avons rencontré est le parking (premier arrivé, premier servi) : il faut ajouter un supplément pour réserver sa place de parking. ..."

Terrible stay
"Terrible!Terrible! I booked two days and pre-paid, but when we arrived, the hotel's reception is out of work. And they said our room was sold to others.How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. That was the most terrible experience ..."
