In the resort 3 km from the centre of de Toulon, in a quiet, sunny position, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property (fenced), public parking on the road. Shop, grocery, bus stop 300 m, ferry "pour la Corse" 3.2 km, sandy beach "Mourillon" 3.5 km. Tennis 1.5 km, cable car 3 km, children's playground 1 km. Please note: car recommended.

Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm.
