Ultimately the staff is superb. All very polite and very helpful at all times and at any request, this was the highlight of our stay. The facility itself for the price leaves a lot to be desired, however, you are in the heart of Paris its a bitter sweet give and take. I would stay again only because of the staff and the proximity to Paris' highlights.

Staying here was such a treat. My mom and I stayed for the week and we’re treated well. We enjoyed the continental breakfast with their delicious cappuccinos. They were friendly helping us in English, even helped us learn some French words. We enjoyed the quiet area and the close proximity to the Louvre. I would definitely stay here again.

"The hotel is convenient for the station, the breakfast buffet was very good, the evening menu is limited. The staff were super friendly. The bedroom was small, the bathroom and shower tiny. Disappointed there was no kettle in room but I would stay again."
