"I am a Marriott customer through and through. Extensively travelled Marriott is usually there for me. They weren't this time though so I booked a Best Western Plus for the first time. What a great experience. The first thing you noticed was the cleanliness, so much so that I though the property was new, not 9 years old. The cleanliness was evident throughout the whole facility . Next the staff, all, without exception, were friendly and polite. This is all you look for in accomodation and i thoroughly recommend it. I will stay in a Best Western Plus again."

"Very friendly check in experience. The hotel was catering to the runners staying for the local marathon. They opened breakfast early for this purpose, a first for me. Much appreciated. Clean safe quiet rooms with easy parking. The only opportunity for improvement in my opinion would be to upgrade outlets to include USB charging ports. "

"This property is right outside of the town of Watkins glen. Convenient to everything around it. The rooms all face Lake Seneca which is gorgeous to view from our porch. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. We had our own parking space right in the front of the room. It's an older motel but the rooms were updated with a fridge and a microwave. Great price also!"
