I have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful.
They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working.
Overall my only complaint is there a few spots that I don’t think are cleaned often such as windowsills.
Bed sheets towels and everything else was very clean.
Overall I have no complaints and I think they are doing a fantastic job with up keep.
The pizza nearby is also pretty tasty.

Room was nice. There was not an elevator and I had to carry all luggage upstairs. Breakfast was good. Children were allowed to run up and down the hallways yelling and screaming until after midnight.

"Very nice and clean. Quiet not too far out of the way. Close to gas and convenience store with deli. Remember you are in rural upstate NY. But not far from town. For tge price its A+. Simple for a single person or two. Might be difficult for a family or a spouse that cannot handke simplicity"
