“Cozy comfortable apartment with a kitchen and deck located in a country setting. It was close to the Watkins glen waterfalls. Barb gave us a tour of the barn and the goats, and that was enjoyable.We also had fresh eggs!”

“Heavy cleaning solution smell upon walking in. Queen mattresses on full frames so mattresses wouldn't lay flat (had to modify myself for some comfort) shower curtain poorly mounted/cheap rod leaving water pouring onto bathroom floor at start of shower (excellent water pressure though!) no way to lower heat so left window open all night but no fan to move air around. Attempt to a boutique style place but only 80%. Small things but all adds up. I'd consider staying again. ”

“Easy to find, lovely to stay, watch the temps and bring warm blankets just in case. Beautiful wineries all around, top notch for all the best parts of camping, and extra thoughtfulness of those who run it.”

“This is a lovely little cottage. Very peaceful and feels secluded but still convenient to get into Ithaca. It’s very comfortable with everything you need, although we haven’t done any cooking during our short stays. The porch with the hammocks is so wonderful for enjoying morning coffee, with no other humans in sight and the fire pit is great at night when you’re out gazing at the stars because it is nice and dark here. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is really nice.”

“This was the perfect getaway for me. Barb and Barbs farm is beautiful! The apartment was cozy and clean. It was an added bonus getting the farm tour with the goats and an extra added bonus being greeted by kitty cats. I would definitely stay here again! ”
