“Wonderful accommodations! Cozy apartment that was well equipped with farm fresh eggs to purchase that we used to make a breakfast meal! BJ and Barb gave us a tour of the barn with personal greetings from the goats and cats. This location is a short drive from the Corning Glass Museum and the Rockwell Museum that were our intended destinations. The farm was a lucky choice that added to the memories we have of this trip! Highly recommend! ”

Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. We were able to relax, wander the country road and vineyards right out our front door. Thank's for the memories!”

“We were looking for a comfortable place to spend time while exploring around the Finger Lakes region - and this was just the place. The location allowed us to easily travel to various wineries, restaurants, and sites around the area. Nothing is walkable, but the drive was easy. We spent an entire afternoon/evening just hanging out on the front porch enjoying the clear sky, beautiful weather, and quiet neighborhood. Each room was equipped with an air conditioner, so we all slept comfortably. ……

Beautiful house in an ideal setting on lake, with a large private park-like property with mowed trails in back of the house, ideal for long hikes. (Pat gave us a nice tour of the property which made it familiar/comfortable to use.) Very, very clean; kitchen well stocked with pans/etc. (with cookies provided as a welcome gift!); comfortable beds; and pleasant laid-back atmosphere. Reasonable distance from nearby cities and a great base……

“This home is a little gem nestled of a quiet road - it was well-appointed with a comfortable quality and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and easy. Beds were comfortable, linens were crisp, and ambiance was great. Coffee and wine lovers will especially enjoy the kitchen. Also, all the pots, pans, spices, and cooking implements you could want. It was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. ”
