I would recommend to get it when you book your room. It avoid the hassle to get it outside of the hotel. We also tried the Nubian restaurant at night for more local food. This restaurant is part of the hotel so very practical at night. Room was okay. But all good as we only need two to three days maximum in Cairo. Frankly two days is enough. "
