"The house is not located in SanVito Chietino as the HomeAway website shows but 4-5 km from there, in Bardella 6 just outside Sant Apollinaire. The property is located near the highway so there is always a noise from there. Otherwise, the situation is very good and the house is in good condition. It is 3km to the beach. Antonello is always accommodating and helpful"

"We were welcomed by the owner's 2 lovely sons who waited while we travelled from the airport. Communication was excellent. Our host provided us with links of places to visit and the very local cafe/bar provided us with the necessary wifi to download information. The wifi was down however it meant we weren't looking at our phones/tablets all the time and gave us the break we needed. If we needed wifi, we could get it so it wasn't a problem. "Great view from balcony. Apartment was nice but water leaked through sliding door when it rained. Good access to beach but beware there are wild boars roaming beach area. We were disappointed the spa and restaurant were closed. "

"This is a special place. We stayed here with some of our extended family to explore Abruzzo. The house is beautifully sited with a panoramic view of the Adriatic. The property is well maintained and quite comfortable. The town is charming and its beaches are quite fine. Overall an excellent place. Highly recommended."
