Beautiful hotel. We stayed in 301 which was on the street side. With No AC and had to keep the windows open the city tram line is right out front which made it noisy at night. Other than that, hotel was beautiful.

The hotel felt tired and run down. The room was very dated and minimalistic, the hotel needs a major upgrade and renovation. The towels were so thin The WiFi was absolutely useless, it was appearing and disappearing and we were not able to use it for 2 days. On the positive side the hotel offers breakfast.

Location, location, location! Loved how centrally located the hotel was. Parking was convenient and a short 5 minute walk to the parking garage. Hotel guests did not get a discount though, so figure in your parking costs. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. We did loose our electricity in our room one night, but staff went out of their way to try to fix it, which was unsuccessful and there were no open rooms. They were able to change our room for the next night. Except for that issue, we would stay again.
