Tucked into the woods & a short walk to the lake, this tiny home sleeps 6 & is a safe haven where you can breathe deeper and enjoy the beauty & respite of nature. The Retreat at Water's Edge is a gated tiny home community that combines serene mountain woodlands with luxury tiny home living. The area boasts incredible hiking trails, waterfalls, unique restaurants, and the stunning University of the South in Sewanee. Sweetens Golf Club is only 25 mi. Day trips to Nashville, Chattanooga & Atlanta!

Delightful Retreat Near Multiple Waterfall Hikes
Great property in a forested tiny home community near a small lake. We loved how close it was to hikes and using our paddle boards in the lake. We loved the enormous deck, especially the covered one for those rainy days. The laundry also came in handy! We look forward to returning in the future.

Serenity Sanctuary
Cute, tiny home filled with calming personality. I took too many photos of the sunlight dancing through the windows as I was glued to the couch most of the time. With a book in hand and good rainy weather, this was the perfect place to find a little serenity. Highly recommend if you need a quiet place to call home for a bit and refresh!

Great Location
This was such a fun place to stay. Perfect location for going to a concert at the Caverns and hiking on the Fiery Gizzard trail. The host provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the deck and fire pit areas. I would definitely stay here again!

Splendid weekend in the woods!
Had a great time staying at this location! The house was exactly what we needed for a hiking-centric weekend getaway! The loft (and subsequent ladder) are definitely smaller than depicted in the photos, but still a great place!

Clean Cozy Getaway
This is a nice, clean and cozy little place! The only thing I want to add is that the neighbors large windows are directly facing the bedroom windows of this property - probably can see anything anyways but just something to be mindful about if you open the blinds. Community area was very nice, gated and coded entrance - Just be sure to pay attention when close to the entrance, it’s very easy to miss! Overall we had a very pleasant, and comfy stay with my dog who had a small little yard area to run around and enjoy himself
