"Helpful receptionists & always replied to any questions I sent them vis email! Room was decent although couldn’t find any English channels on the tv! Bathroom could do with some hooks on door to hang clothes whilst showering! Breakfast was good with choice of cooked meats, scrambled eggs, fruit, yoghurt & coffee! Hotel situated within easy reach of the centre, either by walking or by tram. All in all the hotel was a good choice!"

"Perfect overnight in the heart of Hallstatt. Right on the lake in the central village, amazing views, no rush to catch a train back. Woke up to the mountains on the water — exactly what we came for. Highly recommend staying overnight instead of just day-tripping."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient.
