Apartment with entrance, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, 2 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, one with bath and washing machine, and the other with walk-in shower and window, balcony with direct access from the 'external. Communal garden.
Convenient location (2 minutes walk) from the Spinale ski lift, close to the Laghetto, very quiet but within walking distance from the center and shops (4 minutes walk through the Park).
Possibility of parking space in the garage.
The price includes the use of the fully furnished apartment complete with kitchen utensils and bed duvets as well as the costs of hot water, electricity, tourist tax, heating, initial cleaning, general condominium, gas.
The price does not include:
