Bernadette at the reception was very helpful and professional. Even the staff in the carpark as well as the male staff doing the maintenance at the lift lobby were very friendly. The bathroom was sparkling clean, no complaints at all.

This apartment had great space and really useful cooking facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine in such a small apartment were useful for a longer stay, although we didn't use the later for our 3 night break. It's really convenient for the City centre and even closer to the Millennium Stadium, although I bet prices for major events there are much higher. Cardiff is a great city and certainly cheaper than Lincoln where we live. Strongly recommend a visit.

Horrible room. Nothing like what is advertised. Black mold in bathroom, dirty marks all over the walls, wallpaper damp and coming away from the walls .. stains on the carpets. The outer building in disrepair .. such a bad stay we had to book to stay somewhere else for the night!
