“Lovely private cottage completely finished in knotty pine. Scrupulously clean throughout. Nice large bathroom with great shower. Lots of fluffy towels. Comfortable king sized bed with good pillows. Nice sitting area with TV and couch and chair. The only suggestion is that the good sized fridge lacked ice cube trays and an ice bucket. Also if you visit in hot months (do they exist in Newfoundland?) the windows open to the Main Street so you might have some traffic noise that was no issue……
“The room was spacious, clean and had a nice large bathroom. There was a balcony to sit out on which we did not use due to the weather.
The staff were friendly and helpful and it’s in a good location close to restaurants.
Also the continental breakfast was excellent.”
“Stayed in starfish suite. Loved the bathtub for soaking and king bed was comfy. Kitchen had what we needed. Breakfast was disappointing.
Because unit is not on the water side of the street there are quite a few cars coming and going across the road in the day so not pristine water views.”
“What a perfect spot for our first night in Newfoundland. The cottages were clean, the beds were comfortable & the staff was very welcoming. Close to the Gros Morne Discovery Centre & Tablelands Trail. Highly recommend”
