  • You’ll be a 400-meter walk from the BOIS DE LANN AR WAREMM, a well-known destination for hikers and cyclists.
    Covering an area of 300 hectares, it is the largest forested area on the Trégor coast.
    A 1-km walk along a somewhat steep trail will take you to the GR34 trail through the magnificent Goas Lagorn Valley, with its rivers, bridges, and beaches.
    The property is located just a 6-minute drive from Pors Mabo Beach, 8 minutes from the marina and the beachside restaurants and pubs, and 5 minutes from the supermarket.
    Close to hiking and biking trails, very quiet, and a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of a seaside resort.
    It’s a beautiful farmhouse with a large living area, living room, dining room, open kitchen with a wood-burning stove,
