“NOT NEAR BEACH- beach a couple of kilometres away. One window couldn’t lock, another hadn’t been locked. Therefore, security an issue. Outside seating area had leaking roof, wetting chair cushions. Rooms & bathrooms were clean. Loads of games. TV large screen. Dining area spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Wonderful to have large garage providing safe area to pack and unpack, ready for days out. “A positive - the owner neighbours & dogs were friendly - important as you all share the small lawned garden off your patio. Half the unit block are rented - the holiday unit is in the middle. The accommodation was below standard in relation to the high cost. Understandably it was peak season, & we booked late (September) thereby limiting our options. .Cleanliness - the unit was not well presented and in need of a very serious deep clean. Previous guests /cleaners had left a full dustbin ……
