We stayed at Willow hotel 2 weeks after it opened and everything was perfection. The comfortable beds, the tech solutions, the interior design, the tapas restaurant, breakfast and finally the Spa with the view.

Wonderful, newly opened hotel in a fantastic location. I think I had the best sleep in a long time. Convenient with several different restaurant options in the building, and a short stroll to the center of the town. I will definitely come back.

For a hotel that had only been open 10 days, very few things were wrong/needed addressing. The Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, lovely bathroom. Breakfast was included in the room price and was good

the place is new and nice, the staff doesnt seem to know the right hospitality process and feeling yet. the breakfast restaurant is to small for that many guests, but was variates yet traditional. spa and the service was grear, enjoying the view of the harbour logistcs what i dont understand a 4 star hotel without a gym will come back but not on full price

Brand new hotel. Very clean and modern, but Feels soulless. Not a luxury experience really, we stayed in the family room. Seems mad it has facilities to heat up food yet no plates or cutlery. The fridge is, understandably a mini bar, but it’s tiny in a huge cavity- would make more sense to have a full size fridge so you can actually use it! Could just about fit a carton of milk and some strawberries in there;l. Coffee machine only, no way to make other hot drinks. Got given odd flip flops. Everything is touch screen controls; which if you are with small children is a nightmare as they just keep pressing them all 😆

Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, super Spa, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und Abendessen im Tapacha. Aussicht auch toll auf den Hafen, wo die Fähren einfahren. Zimmer und Hotel in top Zustand, alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Ja det var lite olika saker..beställt dubbelrum m.två enkelsängar...Fick dubbelsäng m Ett täcke...rättades till. Kallt på rummet rättades.. Tv fungera ej bara engelska kanaler. Gick ej att rätta.. Lagt lite pengar nu på hotellet m.mat,spa osv...denna gången far o son. Förra veckan mor o dotter...blev vid Tapas...kanske något plåster på såren? Fint hotell o så klart alldeles nytt. Vänlig personal utom en ...stressad. Men mycket annat var ju plus

Helt fantastisk ophold, dejligt med spa på 9. Etage dem udsigt over by og havn. En meget luxiøs atmosfære. Værelset super lyddæmpet ingen støj fra gaden nedenunder. Lækker morgenmad.

En hel del småsaker att jobba på, wifi på rummet, AC-styrning, duschvägg som saknades, endast en handdukshängare, telefon till receptionen… Men en större sak är att vi endast hittade 2 hissar…vilket resulterade i köbildning, spec morgon och kväll…

Mycket fint rum med fantastisk utsikt över havet, Trelleborgs hamn och centrum. Spa-avdelningen var superfin och restaurangerna mycket trevliga. En riktigt härlig vistelse som vi gärna rekommenderar!

Märks att det är ett nytt hotell. Varierande service bland spapersonalen där vissa var underbara medan andra var mer som dörrvakter. Vissa saker som inte riktigt funkar tex finns inte hotelltelefon utan man ringer via en qr kod som inte når fram till receptionen. Uttag i badrummet som var löst. Kallt på hotellet. Hotellfrukosten av bra kvalitet men saknar tex pannkakor el liknande. Fint spa med pool men finns inget område på hotellet för barn. Mycket trevlig städpersonal och managern får 10/10 poäng.

Vid bokningen stod att det fanns barnpassning men det fanns inte på hotellet. Vi skrev i särskilda önskemål att vi ville ha spjälsängen i rummet men det fanns inte i vår rum vid ankomsten, trots att vi bokade boendet ca 2 veckor i förväg. Annars är vi nöjda med allt och rummet vi fick.

Själva hotellet och rummet var fina, men vi hade väldigt konstigt upplevelse vid receptionen. Personalen frågade mitt namn, och sedan tittade bara på skärmen på ca 5 minuter utan att säga något. När jag frågade om något var fel, så då sade hon att de hade problem med systemet. Hon även glömde att be oss för registeringsnummer till bil för parkering, och vi själva behövde komma tillbaka och påminna henne att lägga till oss för att inte få ett böte. Därav väldigt dålig kommunikation.
