"The room was empty of furniture apart from the beds (and one was missing), it felt like walking into a mortuary room.
Nobody was there to welcome us, and we only met with the personel from the retirement home with which the building is shared.
When requesting for the missing bed, we were told it'd arrive at 8:30PM (good point, it actually arrived earlier), but we also requested additional blankets, which arrived at 10PM (when everybody was already sleeping!)
Overall a pretty unpleasant experience, we had booked for 2 nights and only stayed one."
