The staff was awesome but it cannot overcome my disappointment with the condition of the property. It is not well maintained…some bathroom parts are worn down. The lock was not working, the paint was peeling, etc. since the A/C is off at this time of the year, it’s quite stuffy . So, we have to open the windows. But because its location is right on a busy street, it is very noisy! But I really must commend the STAFF! They saved the day for us. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Note there are two 1/2 sets of stairs if you are in the 5th floor. Staff help with luggage. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and very tasty. The staff made this a great spot. Very very helpful and engaging.
