“It’s old and many things don’t work properly for example the ac is super loud and only keeps the entrance cool. The coffee machine didn’t work properly. The hot water for the shower was off and on and really not that hot. No pressure in the shower either. Very rude when it came to checking as no flexibility was offered for check time unless I was willing to give more money!”

“The reviews seemed too good to be real, so I was a bit skeptical. But when I got there, I was quickly proven wrong. The hotel was amazing. It’s just as beautiful as the photos. The staff is every bit as kind as mentioned in all of the reviews. Sometimes you see hotels that Photoshop the pictures. This hotel did not do that. They are spot on. We loved it and cannot wait to return next time we’re in that area. The staff consistently went above and beyond.”

服務一流：入住前曾向酒店查詢有關早餐的安排，很快就收到Jessica的答覆。入住當天收到一份有關火車延誤的意大利文電郵，所以向前台Victoria查詢，她不但給我們很詳細的解釋，而且將電郵打印一份並用螢光筆標示重點，以方便我們使用，這種服務實在貼心。
早餐一流：餐廳平時供應咖啡等飲品及小食給住客享用，早餐內容非常精彩，服務員招呼周到。”
