"Very enjoyable stay in a surprisingly roomy terraced property. Quiet location yet very close to centre of Stokesley. High standard of cleaning and equipment. Our only issues were directions to the property, key in the wrong place and a microwave problem. We believe all of these points are being addressed."

"Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion."

We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen.
