So I had to find another hotel to stay in which meant I had to pay again. They allowed me to stay for the nights I booked but I did not need to stay an extra night. They would not refund me and I could not refund on expedia because the check-in time had passed. Wasted money. I suggest giving guests the option to pay when they arrive if staff isn't available around the clock. That way, I could have avoided paying more than I intended to. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
