Hotel is no-frills. Expect a comfortable bed but not much service or customer experience beyond bare minimum. We were saddened and frustrated that two minor requests: bottle opener for wine and a fan were met with a “no” upon request. We understand if nothing is truly available, however, staff felt quick to deny a request and not look to support anything further.
I think if you come into this hotel with the right mindset you’d be fine. However, we previously stayed in higher end hotels and that made this customer experience very lack luster and left a poor impression.
Would try another hotel next time around.
