The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing but you have a lot of extra add ons such as a fee to use the cups in your room also having a car is very useful transport is hard to come by. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

The property was very old. The front door of the hotel doesn’t work. We have to go through the side door.
Our room’ carpet. It’s very dirty..
My kid took a bath in the bathtub, but when the water filled it up the bathtub, there are bugs floating up and there are hairs came out of the drain.
Room service doesn’t start until 7 am which is different from all the five star hotels we used to stay in with 24 hours from service.
For the price, they’re charging me 8k for 5 nights for a deluxe trip rooms , it’s not worth the price tag.
