“This place is extremely impressive and was clearly made for parties. We stayed 4 nights for a 50th birthday with a mix of 12-14 friends, relatives and kids. The main house is very nice, clean, and air conditioned, and was perfect to allow kids and people wanting to go to bed earlier to get a great nights sleep and be happy. Meanwhile, the people who wanted to party all night could be in the party house having a great old time and not disturb those other folks at all. The party house is……

“The location of the property was just down the street from the lake and beach in a neighborhood where you could walk and run with views of the lake. It was a great setting. The house was clean and well furnished. It was perfect for my wife and I along with our dog. We will certainly rent again when we come to town! Wonderful property. ”

“We had a fantastic stay! The host was very accommodating and made check-in incredibly easy—allowing us to arrive much earlier than the usual time, which we really appreciated. The property layout was perfect for our group, with a separate unit that offered added privacy for some family members. “Staying in the Round Lake Beach area to visiting family. Room is great and clean. Pretty view of Fox Lake. Only draw back is it is over a bar. Karaoke comes right up through the floor. Not to much of a problem as the bar closes at 11:00. So just have to suffer through the drunken super star want a be singers. It is good for some laughs. Over all I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. ”
