We had an amazing stay! We loved spending time with the alpacas and goats. The patio was wonderful for morning coffee and star gazing. Giant shower, beautiful scenic property, wonderful hosts! We didn’t want to leave!

Terrific Time in Troutdale!

We luved this place! Easy to find, super views, close to Edgefield (we went to a concert that evening), Alpacas so cute! The room was perfect for what we needed. Very clean & efficient. Highly recommend, would go back in a heartbeat! Thanks again!

Great location!

Close to river access, close to Portland and Bridle Veil Lakes - all of the places we needed to be. Extremely clean and comfortable - our stay was perfect. Loved the Alpacas and goats too!

Fantastic Views & Comfortable Stay

My husband and I loved staying here! The views from the room are beautiful and it is so peaceful sitting out in the front yard. I also liked watching the goats and got to pet a few of them!

Great cozy farm house spot

We had a great stay here. Good communication from the host and had no issues finding and getting into the property. Wonderful sunset and sunrise views of the valley below and the llamas and goats were great to hang with.

Quaint, cozy, and peaceful

The rental was stocked with high quality items, which was so appreciated. The best was sitting in the outside chairs, taking in the beautiful scenery, some deep breaths, and watching the goats and alpacas. This was one of our favorite stops on our trip!

Great stay!

This property is a gem. It is cozy, quiet, relaxing, out of town with great views of rolling hills and Mt Hood.Two of the resident alpaca gave birth to cute adorable babys last week. We enjoyed watching them frolic in the pasture.

Great quiet farm stay

Cute little downstairs area under the owners main house, on a cute farm with alpacas and goats and some dogs too! Was super quiet, only got woken up by the dogs upstairs once and was able to fall back asleep pretty easily. Beautiful view to wake up to. Feels like its way out in the country but its only about 10 min from greshams main areas, and super close to some good river spots! For some reason it wont let me add pictures to show but its just a small one room one bathroom with tiny minial kitchenette.

Peace and Quiet

This beautiful home had everything we needed for our short stay! The view at sunrise was to die for! We also got to love on some farm animals! We would highly recommend staying here!

Delightful

We had a great time staying here - it was fresh and clean and in excellent shape. It was in a great location with beauty all around and close by to lots of great gorge activities. The hosts were kind and thorough in their communication beforehand and gave us lots of excellent recommendations in the area once there. We will definitely rebook if we are ever in the area again!

Cozy and perfect!

Loved the finishes, loved the decor. The views were stunning! You have a little fridge, sink and coffeemaker at your disposal. The goats and the alpacas were so cute! We'd love to stay again.

Mini goats and baby llamas

A smallish space beneath the host's dwelling, with everything needed for a comfy stay. A large bathroom with a beautiful big shower. The view out the big window was fantastic! In the foreground were pastures with dwarf goats and llamas.

Country stay near Gorge-excellent

My sister and I absolutely loved staying here! It was so close to the Columbia River gorge, quiet, and clean! The shower was fantastic as was the bathroom set up. We loved the space for two luggage racks and the shelving in the bathroom. The goats and alpca were adorable and greeted us when we arrived. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay again! Thank you!

Couldn’t be better!!

This place exceeded all of our expectations. We could easily see how much work and how much care Aaron and Mathew put into what they have there. The view is just spectacular. The value is by far the best we’ve ever encountered. If as a couple you want an unforgettable experience, this is where to find it.!!!

Weekend Event Trip turned Getaway

This is an amazing place to stay. We traveled to OR for an event we had to attend. By choosing this VRB it turned into a weekend getaway. Believe all of the positive reviews. This is an excellent, clean, convenient, relaxing, beautiful place to stay. The room was perfect for us. Very comfortable bed. Immaculately clean. Had everything we needed. The animals were a bonus. Sweet Springdale Farms

Who knew what an amazing place it would be. Side by side with alpaca and goats. Morning sunrise overlooking Mt. Hood and the best coffee with animals grazing close by. Nice close safe parking space. Room to sit and swing and contemplate moving to Troutdale. The rooms are new and perfectly appointed. Shower is huge and safe and the linens are soft and perfect! The stairs leading down to your rooms are sure to get your heart pumping. We’re 72 an 76 and enjoyed our perfect stay. Price is on point! Matthew was so helpful and gave us great suggestions. Looking forward to our next stay.

Peace and Quiet

We enjoyed our 7 days in Corbett. Check in was smooth and the farm setting was sweet with early morning visits from the alpaca and goats. You will love the design of the rooms. Ample storage and outlets for chargers. Matthew was helpful with suggestions for food and local must see places. The stairs got our blood pumping morning and night. You will love everything about this property. It’s a gem. Beautiful and new!! Clean and comfortable. The queen size bed was perfect, and the pillows too! We will be back next year. Gorgeous and peaceful

I had a wonderful, relaxing time at Springdale Farms. It was exactly the peaceful retreat I was hoping for. The views are even better than described, and let me tell you, the pygmy goats are VERY friendly if you want to approach them. The instructions were clear, the rooms were well-stocked and clean, and the peace and quiet was water to my soul. I drove to Portland twice and went out for a couple long hikes and everything was easy access. Please note: host is not exaggerating about the sharpness of the turn into the property. The road up from the east is also quite curvy, so you'll want to pay attention the first time. I loved my time and would happily return, if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks!
