"This Lake Norman getaway did not disappoint! The home was spotless, the beds and couch were incredibly comfortable, and we absolutely loved spending time by the lake. We stayed busy exploring North Carolina — visiting the Biltmore Estate, the Richard Childress Museum, and the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte — and it was the perfect place to unwind after a full day of adventures. My son especially enjoyed the ping pong table and is already asking when we can come back. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Ryan's property. He was extremely helpful with suggestions on things to do, the check in/ out process and answering all my questions. It was one of the more comfortable stays we've had for our annual family trip. We had three sets of families all with young kids and the property was well set up for our situation (including dogs!). The deck and yard are child safe with multiple gates so it would be very hard for a child to accidentally fall into the lake. We used one of the kayaks provided and mainly floated off the dock. The ladder made it easy to access the water and the seating on the dock was nice for those of us who didnt feel like swimming. Inside there are tons of board games, a pac man machine and shuffle board table that kept us entertained during rainy weather. The location of the house is pretty close to the main highway making it super easy to find and also go to nearby stores or parks. 10/10 would love to stay here again in the future. "

"This is a great place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. We stayed here with a family of five which included three teenagers. The cottage had all we needed to enjoy the week (but to be candid, we did not spend too much time inside other than to make food and sleep since we were always out enjoying the lake all week). We brought our wakeboat to use on the lake and it is a great area of the lake to be on for that. The cove and lake are perfect for all your watersport interests! The cove is great as it is a no wake zone and since you are at the end of it there is little to no traffic. The dock is very nice and its depth is great to easily dock your boat and not worry about damaging your prop. The dock is also simply great to hang out on and spend the day playing right in the cove with kayaks, paddle boards or a paddle boat. This home's proximity to the state park is great. You can jet over to the state park by boat or by car (approximately a ten minute drive by either method). I highly recommend visiting rope swing cove too! There is a gas station close by to fill up gas cans and a place to fill up on the lake isn't too far away either. I also highly recommend booking this place due to how great the host was with communication. Alicia responds quickly to all questions and provides very clear instructions to settle in and check out. It was a great experience from booking to arrival and check out! "

"We have rented properties over the years for our family to gather and this was by far the best we've experienced. The house has enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate a large group and enough commons areas to make it comfortable.The dock is excellent and there is a marina right across the lake to purchase gas. We rented a tritoon from CS Rentals and they delivered the boat to our dock. We were there the week after the 4th of July and were suprised by how quiet the lake was.Great stay!"

"Our family enjoyed the lakeview from every room in the house. We loved the dock and access to the kayaks. It was clean, spacious and had an amazing deck that we utilized every morning, while drinking our coffee. The entire area was shaded with beautiful trees that also provides privacy and the yard was perfect for night fishing and relaxing in the hammock. Access to the home could not have been easier and communication with the hosts was extremely open and easy. The home was comfy and had everything we needed to enjoy our very first trip to Lake Norman. The location is perfect because it offers seclusion, while being close to a variety of restaurants and stores.We are already talking about going back next year and renting this same property! "
