“Great place to stay. Close to a grocery store and tram stop. This is the tram line from the airport to the city. Very modern and new. Small kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher and oven come mircowave. Comfy king bed and spacious shower and bathroom. Tech extras too in the lighting and outside blinds and a lift to all floors. Great if you have suitcases. Entrance is via the side street and behind building at 107, which can be a bit confusing when you first arrive. Your stay will not disappoint.……

“FeWo sauber, Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Lage auf der Inselmitte ist gut. ÖPNV in 3 min. erreichbar - Preis in der Kurtaxe enthalten. Das Wetter war durchwachsen - da war die Schwimmhalle im Haus die Rettung.”

“The apartment has clean and had plenty of space. It is located a short walk from the 7 and 15 trams, providing easy access to the main areas of Zurich. The sound of the trams might be more noticeable in one bedroom in the evening, but it was not too bad. The hosts provided very good communication both before and during my stay.”

“The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. ”

“Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße von Berlingen, daher ist sie leicht zu finden. Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, es gab auf der Rückseite des Hauses eine Abstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder. Die Ferienwohnung ist nicht besonders groß, aber für zwei Personen ausreichend, die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, das Bett war bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, es hatte alles gepasst. Fazit, gerne wieder.”
