With 21 houses, on the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 500 m from the lake, 100 m from the skiing area, in the countryside, south-east facing position. In the complex: reception, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to 100 m from the house (mountain road). Parking at 100 m. Grocery 4 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 100 m, railway station "Thusis" 10 km, bathing lake 500 m. Ski lift, slopes, ski school, children's ski school 100 m, sled run 500 m. The holiday village is car-free. Small grocery store open 100 m away in the winter season.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Terrace 12 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at 100 m. Suitable for families. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Heating wood (as required/extra). Please note: Pets must be registered at the time of booking. Aclas Heinzenberg SA only has a limited number of such pet homes. If the pets are not registered in advance, the landlord cannot guarantee that a house will be available on site.
