"Perfect location in the heart of St moritz, can't drive up to hotel if you have a car as it is in the pedestrian zone. Public parking very close around the corner. They have a shuttle to pick up from train station which is able to bring you to the door. Wonderful friendly staff, and everyone got a welcome glass of prosecco. Beautiful view from the top floor bar and hot tub/spa area."

"The hotel was well situated by the river and bus stops are walking distance. Lovely exterior, with flowers on windows. Rooms are spacious enough for 4 of us. We added breakfast and dinner at the hotel, both of them were excellent (breakfast: freshly baked bread and pastries, good selections of cheeses, they make good coffee too. Dinner: prefix 3-course, good portion of appetizers, main course with local fresh ingredients, and delicious deserts) and convenient for us. Waiters and Front desk staffs were friendly and very helpful. Our stay came with visitors card, we enjoyed free rides of buses and cable cars. No need to buy tickets at each ride was Very convenient. Cons: Bathroom hot water was too slow to fill the tub, water pressure was not as strong as other hotels we stayed in Switzerland. No fan or window in bathroom, so it can be steamy hot after someone takes a hot shower. The Doors was a little dangerous, it was hard to close, also it can hit other door when someone opens bedroom doors at same time."

"Nice stay and views from the breakfast area! Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping! Bring your walking shoes as the entire city is built on the side of a mountain and the streets are often very steep. I walked from the train station up very steep streets to the Hotel with about 50 pounds of luggage and it was strenuous! Unless you’re in pretty good shape physically, I suggest travelers take a taxi from the train station to the Hotel. "

"A little far from the train station to travel over the Bernina Pass but bus access works as does accessible parking at the station. Totally surpasses nearby St. Moritz. Hotel should be a four star. "

"Maria, the lady at the reception was extremely sweet and helpful. She helped fetch my luggage through their two dozen stairs, as I was extremely tired after a long day's train journey. She helped me with every query and every request. Breakfast and lodging prices are a bit on the higher side. But i slept well on my single bed and had nice warm showers in their tiny but clean bathrooms. Also, place not very far from the station. "
