A stunning resort with the friendliest, most kind and helpful staff. Beautiful basic rooms, lovely pool and grounds. In good weather, some great snorkelling but in bad weather and high trade winds, a difficult place to enjoy the ocean. Pays to have a hire car but the resort offers daily outings. Amazing menu and often have special events with special menus in the evenings. Also has a beautiful spa onsite but pays to book in advance as it books out fast in advance. Quite far from everywhere so best to plan to stay and relax with a few day trips out. We loved our stay, but personally prefer savaii with its white sand beaches, slower pace and incredible reef snorkelling and swimming. Might just be because we visited during a long period of rain and high winds though :)

Im a regular at this hotel and the service is always good 👍 The Oka is the best on the menu. When I usually request an earlier checkin due to early flight arrival, they do their best to accommodate me

It is a great place to spend your vacation. We would stay here again if we come to Samoa. However, one recommended improvement is to add mosquitos repellent devices to the rooms and restaurant

Sheets were stained on arrival, our dishes that were left outside never got cleared. A pair of shoes that we left by the pool overnight were stolen and we asked the reception 2 times to ask security or cleaners to check if they were picked up and they never got back to us. It cost $27 for 2 cans of coke and a bottle of water (the same bottle they give for free in the rooms). My sons mosquito bracelet (that we lost) was found in the pillow case 2 nights after we asked for our sheets to get changed which makes me think staff just made the bed and didn’t actually change the sheets. Good location, breakfast buffet and pool area but overall our stay was pretty underwhelming for the price we paid.
