"We stayed at Canoa Ranch for three days as a family of four. We traveled with our 12 year old and eight year old. The breakfast that was included was great. Our room could have been cleaner, the floor was a little sticky. We were visiting family in the area and planned to swim at the pool, we were willing to purchase additional pool passes, but they didn’t allow this. "The property is so outdated. The halls smell terrible. The carpet definitely has not been properly cleaned in years. The room door locks seem like they will be fall apart any second. All the room is old, smells old and dirty. Beds have only super lumpy pillows which makes it very difficult to have a good sleep. The rating of this hotel it is not aligned with the service provided."
