HOUSE RULES \---------------------- If you book with us you are agreeing to uphold the following house rules: \- We do our best to accommodate early or late check-ins, but due to our cleaners’ tight schedules, check-out time is strictly at 11 AM. There is a $50/hour fee for late check-out. \- No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM daily. \- All guests occupying the property must be accounted for on the reservation. Please do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors. \- We require a $250 security deposit for guests with pets. This deposit will be fully refunded post-checkout, provided our cleaners confirm no property damage. \- No smoking or vaping of any kind (of cigarettes or marijuana) and no drug use is allowed on the property.
