PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

Nice home in nice neighborhood. A lot of rules, which appear to be VRBO rules, not this particular one.

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. Everything was as expected or better. I appreciated all the provisions and the doggy door for our dogs' convenience and enjoyment! We didn't anticipate extending our stay, but host was very cooperative in helping us to extend so that we had additional time to look for more permanent housing, being new to Tucson. Location was very convenient and was within 5-20 minutes to all the places we frequent (school, church, grocery, auto shop, gym). There were a few minor issues that needed attention during the stay and all were addressed promptly and professionally. I would definitely stay here again or house any out of town guests here in the future. Thank you for being such amazing hosts!
