Come and stay at this comfortable and quiet house retreat.
The space
The bedroom includes a queen sized bed, cherry dresser, cherry chest of drawers, a good sized walk in closet and also a large mirror. There is a comfy chair to lounge in and also a hardwood desk for studying and or paperwork.

The kitchen/dining room includes a hardwood table with chairs, beautiful granite countertops, refrigerator, countertop microwave, spacious single bowl kitchen sink, garbage disposal, cook-top stove, and a pantry.

The full sized bathroom includes a single bowl sink set in gorgeous granite, full depth bathtub with exquisite tile surround and a side linen closet for storage.

A full sized washer and dryer is included on the property for your convenience and use.

Ideal for a stay-cation or a longer stint for work related trips.
Guest access
This guest house is located steps away from the main house and it shares the courtyard, of which includes a colossal swan fountain set on an exquisite granite base.
Come for a few nights or longer.

When you come and stay with us you will have full access to the guest house and in addition to the guest house you will have full access to the South Courtyard which includes the gas grill, sitting area, and outdoor patio. There is an elliptical rider and also a Power Tower in the main house that is included in the rental. An oversized washer and dryer is included in the main house for your use from 8am to 10pm daily.
Other things to note
This is a smoking free property and we always ask that if you do smoke that you go into the back alley for that.
