Staying at The Star was an overall good experience, only fault that I had was the pool areas were overly busy and no seats were ever available even despite going to the pool early at 8:30am. The staff were lovely and the customer service was superb in all manners. Rooms were such a perfect size and housekeeping made up for a small mistake in a very courteous way. Look forward to staying here again :)
