I expected at least complimentary bottled water, iron, and ironing board in the room. The restaurant menu is very limited. Half of the menu items were not available. Also no coffee maker in the room. The rest was ok, not great

Tri Hotel Bento Gonçalves
This was an older hotel, and it could use some upgrading. But overall, it served its purpose. I would not stay in the winter, as the rooms are very cold.

O Chale é bem aconchegante, não falta nada realmente, a dificuldade foi um pouco que na parte superior não conseguia ficar em pé na lateral da cama, mais é só um detalhe. Bem limpo, TV com todos os canais, filmes, etc. Café da manhã que valeu a pena contratar, vinho, etc. Voltaríamos com certeza. ...
