Was a little rough even for a one night stay, first room didn’t have electricity for some reason. When calling staff for help they seemed annoyed instead of wanting to try and actually help. They did eventually get us another room but only after they talked to me like I was dumb for not knowing how to find an “electrical box” that didn’t exist in the room

Kitchen lacked utensils. No shower curtain water went on the floor. Sink didn’t drain well. Cleanliness was poor gum on bathroom door. Front door didn’t lock on building. Smoke detector had no battery. TV didn’t work. Toilet seat was loose.
Location was good. Wouldn’t take much to improve the facility.

There is no one in the property, it is self service but they are a phone call away. Location is very convenient to the train station less than 10 minute walk and the grocery store. It is safe as well and the unit we have was clean.

The room had everything i needed. Easy check in. The negative points: the mattress and the pillow, thin in my opinion. Well connected with the city and airport by tram. Only 30 min walk to the centre
