Very spacious house for get togethers of all ages, a true home from home. Ideal for just being together in a very comfortable space, and equally for those who like some activity; Championship golf courses, fishing, cycling, hiking, horse riding, family fun outings and places of interest all nearby or within a short drivetime. In a quiet development of similar luxury homes, only a 10 minute walk (1km) to the town centre, which has several options for eating out and/or having drinks. Large, yet cosy, perfect for any time of year. Perfect for family groups, friend groups and professionals working locally who can enjoy sharing one home, but with plenty of space. Upstairs: 1x 6ft bed master bedroom with Ensuite bathroom. 1 x 5 ft bedroom. 2 x twin rooms. Marble tiled bathroom with extra large shower and Jacuzzi bath. Marble tiled ensuite off the master bedroom with shower. Downstairs bathroom with toilet and sink. 2 travel cribs, 1 highchair, 2 toddler bedrails, 1 stair gate available, no fee. Downstairs: TV room/5th bedroom with 5ft sofa bed. Large, well appointed kitchen leading into large dining room. Large lounge with Smart TV, plus a 2nd TV room/5th bedroom/playroom with toys and DVD player. Real useable fireplace. The ground floor has 3 separate reception rooms, which allows for separation when desired, unlike properties with just one lounge/kitchen/dining room only.
