Blue Cottage in the heart of Tulsa

Newly renovated cottage within walking distance to the Tulsa Fairgrounds and EXPO center (it is 700 feet or 4-minute WALK to the fairgrounds). Tulsa University and Route 66 are just a mile away. It's just a short drive to Cherry Street, Downtown, and Brookside. This 2 bedroom home is perfect for individuals, couples, and families. One of the few homes in the neighborhood with an attached double car garage! There is a Target, Starbucks, and Reasors (grocery story) less than a mile away.

It has lots of bright windows and is an open concept floor plan. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. It also has a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the garage, large fenced in the back yard, WIFI, Cable TV, DVD player, electric fireplace, coffee pot, and coffee. *NOTE: there are 3 exterior security cameras. They do not look into the interior spaces. There is one camera in the garage.
