Couldn’t find hotel because it’s not registered with google under the new name nor does it signage saying so. Didn’t have my redi. Nobody at front desk. When they passed by they acted like they were clients instead of saying they would be right back to take care of us. No breakfast. Reception area closed. Vacuum cleaner contents dumped in lobby planter. Told that no other entrances available. Only positive she did was to say she had a nice room for us. Got to room and key didn’t work either night. Vending machine without posted prices. Hall wallpaper in disrepair, doors with prybar force marks. Room without hangers or Kleenex, asked for and never received nor placed next day by maid. Cockroaches. No bedside outlet for phone. Plugged in phone and charger kept falling out. Exterior room exit to pool area locked and in disrepair. Called for corkscrew, fine if you don’t have but should be answered with “sorry”. Room with ironing board mount hung
unlevel and protruding into walkway. Closet hang bar crooked mount. Maids seen sitting around, laughing, not working. Toilet area had water damage surround without repair. Stickers from kids on bath mirror. Hot water took 7-10 minutes before getting hot, a water waste. Full sized beds instead of queens. Asked 2 males if “it’s One Bed instead of being neutral on sexuality and asking how many beds. Horrible experience for me and an embarrassment for me for my guest. In short OYO now means ONO now!
