Melody at the front desk was the goat she's very helpful and just all around great there was one waitress at Margaritaville I cannot remember her name but she also was a great waitress very friendly funny upbeat seems like she really enjoyed her job

The car/luggage staff and coffee shop staff were very friendly. Check in desk staff and valet check out staff were fairly cold and impersonal. Was surprised that free play was not given for the cost of the room. Also, it was not explained that a temporary $100 extra charge would be placed on your payment method. It has been 2 days and the inflated charge is still pending on my card.

This was our second stay at this property. The facilities are very nice. The rooms are clean and amenities very nice. The hotel is in the middle of Tulsa, so there is some drive from the highway to get to the casino. Our one big issue is with handicap parking. There was ONE spot in the parking garage near the parking garage entrance. If you did want to use valet parking; it required circling around to the front. There was no entry through the garage. That hampered us at check out. We wanted to load at the front, but would have had to circle AROUND the garage. So we had to carry all of our multitude of items through the garage to the parking space that we could find; which was not handicapped. It was very inconvenient. The casino needs to add more handicapped parking!
