Loved the old building that has been remodeled. Quiet property for a downtown location. Close to the door parking with gated access. Our room with 2 queens was a corner room and it was large and comfortable. Cool AC.

False advertising, the pictures you see here are not the reality. The pool is terrible and the hotel is in poor conditions, the rooms are just average actually not that bad but the common areas just terrible. A lot of homeless people around the area near by the hotel. The staff is pretty cool tho, excellent service.

We reserve the room for the night for a staycation, for the pool amenities that they offered online with the photos, but when we got there the pool area was undesirable to say the least. There are no umbrellas at all, it was like you were in the Mojave desert. The property is very unappealing to the eye.T

Likes: The shower water pressure was great. Convenience to walk to the Cox Center. The staff was friendly & super helpful. Bar staff was also nice. Dislikes: Bad peeling paint on the door was falling off. The air went off in our son’s room. Water problems shut off water most of the day.

I drove around the block for 20 minutes trying to figure out where the hotel entrance was. Access is confusing and signage is not helpful. Then I had to buzz in to the property at an electric gate. Entire property is fenced off for security but there was still a homeless person sitting by the front door. At least I got to self park. I hate valet. No morning breakfast just to top it off.
