The room was clean and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Check in was easy. My questions were promptly answered via WhatsApp. The location was also convenient and there were several cafes nearby. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay

This was our first time staying at a Bob W hotel and we will do it again. Very comfortable stay. It was hot in Turku and the A/C worked great. It was nice to have access to a kitchenette and be able to do laundry.

Great Value

Comfortable and modern spot to stay. The kitchenette was a nice feature for storing food which allowed us to go to the grocery store instead of eating out every meal. The building is very secure and in the centre of everything. Laundry was easy to use very convenient to have. Would suggest paying in advance otherwise youā€™ll need to message Bob W in advance of arrival to pay in order for your door codes to populate as everything is done on the app/website.

The surrounding area in Turku added even more to the experience. With cafĆ©s, riverside paths, and just the right balance of urban buzz and green corners, it felt like a place you could truly settle into. It actually reminded me a lot of Tapiola in Espooā€”another neighborhood that blends convenience and calm in a way thatā€™s hard to find. Both areas are walkable, well-designed, and full of character, offering easy access to culture, food, and nature without. In short, Bob W Turku delivers boutique hospitality with a warm local feel, and if youā€™ve ever enjoyed a stroll through Tapiola, youā€™ll feel right at home in this part of Turku too. I

I like the rooms and facilities and the great location on Market Square. Also surprised at how quiet it was. The elevator stopped working on the last day, but that was the only drama.

This is a lovely aparthotel - an apartment building converted into little short-term rentals. The studio was cozy and had everything you need for a short stay, including some kitchen utensils. The location is really convenient and close to everything. One thing to note is that all communications were via Whatsapp or the Bob W app/page. This worked out well for me, but be aware that you need to log on to get things like the key code and room number.

World friendly, great value and convenient

Our room was a very convenient, clean and thoughtful place that looked out over the main square (but was not noisy). Bob W has partnerships and promotes local artists, businesses, breakfast partners and even a gym. The products used are organic and world friendly. I only wish it had a place to sit as we waited for our room to be open. Nevertheless, Iā€™d definitely recommend it and come again.

Fantastic studio rooms. Nice treats. Great coffee, quality chocolate and toiletries. Pulls out all the stops with gym passes and yoga classes. But for me falls short on providing reassurance with their keyless entry system and poor WhatsApp communication. For ,e I prefer a key and if 24/7 contactability is offered it has to be guaranteed.

A great location to explore Turku, right in the middle of everything. Nice room with a good bathroom, everything spotless. Excellent breakfast at a nearby cafe, nicer than the usual tired buffet fare. The cards to the local gym and the Polaroid camera were nice touches. The only real complaint was the temporary lack of an elevator. I realize it could hardly have been avoided but better communication (any communicarion) about the issue beforehand and an attempt to put us on a lower floor would have been nice as the repeated trek to the sixth floor (122 steps) was not fun. But apart from that, quite brilliant.

Awesome!

Bob W was a great place to stay in the middle of the city center of Turku. The place was quiet, clean and the room was wonderfully designed. The neighborhood breakfast arrangement and complimentary gym card worked very well - a great way to use the city and taste new food. There were however some information I wished I could find in advance, such as the location of the luggage room (6th floor). There were also too few luggage lockers, so I hope more are available for safe keeping in between check out and traveling next time. I did not receive my check-in codes in time, but a quick message to Bob sorted it out immediately. I will look for Bob W for my next (more) sustainable hotel stay!

Great stay at Bob W.

Well exceeded my expectations. Stylish, fresh and new. Just the right small touches, such as the welcome letter. Staying in touch with personnel was effortless and nice. The room had a really convenient kitchen. The bathroom was roomy and nicely scented soaps included. The bed was comfy. The air conditioner could be adjusted to the preferred temperature. Best of all, this was the least expensive option, but miles ahead of more expensive alternatives.

The place is amazing. Brand new rooms and a good eye for the details. The welcoming and contact with the Whatsapp representation is warm en up to standards. All for the best service and smiles, even though there is not staff present on site. Cannot add any negatives at all. 5 stars
