Checking in was quick and easy. The young woman at the desk was friendly and efficient. The first room we were checked in to had a non working TV and we were given another room. In the second room the bathtub did not have a tub stopper, so a bath was not possible.
The area around the registration office was clean. When we drove to the back of the hotel were our room was, the parking area was very dirty and trash all around.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility looks like it’s in the process of remodeling and updating the rooms. This facility is in an older part of town and there are people walking around that look a little shady. The bed was like sleeping on a trampoline, very hard and springy. The TV sounded horrible and the cable connection isn’t good. The chair was broken and very uncomfortable. The room was clean. Again, the staff were very helpful and nice and this property is under remodeling, there’s just room for improvement.

Staff were amazing! Very friendly. The rooms were nice. There was very limited parking however. We had to park in the restaurant parking a lot next door. There were also a lot of homeless people hanging outside of the hotel property.

"We absolutely loved this property. We had been travelling for a couple weeks, multiple hotels and various beds. This property by far was the best hotel. The room is enormous. Enough room for 2 king beds, a table with 4 chairs, a desk with a chair, fridge, closet...and the bathroom was huge. There ..."
