The frozen surface of Turtle Lake in the city of Tbilisi, Georgia. Turtle Lake is an extremely small (basically a pond) lake, located in the hills above Tbilisi's Vake park. Accessible via a winding road, or via a newly installed aerial tram, this small body of water is a popular place for locals to congregate.

Situated in Vake, this body of water is worth a look. But you'll find a great deal more to check out in this area. St. George Statue, Narikala Fortress, and Metekhi Church aren't too far from Turtle Lake.
