It is a budget-friendly hotel in a very good location; it takes 20–30 minutes to walk to the Malecón and 5 minutes to the aquarium. As is the case with all hotels, the light fixtures need to be updated.

The room was spacious and fairly clean, I loved the view to the central garden, it didn’t have microwave, fridge or iron which was needed. I had booked a room for 3 but didn’t realize that I accidentally booked a king suite, so I requested to be moved to a room with 2 beds, and they accommodated without any issues. Upon check out they helped us calling a taxi to the airport. I loved the fact that there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops and attractions near by like the malecón and San Juan de Ulua.

I have experienced a great state and grand fiesta Americana Veracruz nothing but the best service extremely clean hotel wonderful amenities and most important personalized attention. Highly recommended is very safe. Food is good and is oceanfront property. I would like to appreciate very much the front desk and the staff for this great accommodation moments with my family highly recommended and extremely well taken care of facility.

Todo estuvo muy bien, el hotel está descuidado pero la atención fue muy buena No es un hotel de lujo pero está limpio y el servicio al cliente es excelente Lo único que desagrada bastante es las toallas para secarte , están muy desgastadas y manchadas parecen grises en lugar de blancas Es mejor traer tu propia toalla para mas comodidad

I really enjoy staying at this hotel; everything is close by, and everything inside the hotel works very well. The price is good, and I highly recommend it.
