“We arrived too early--before check in time-- to a smiling and gracious host who was finishing up the cleaning from after the last group. He could not have been more welcoming. The place was immaculate, very spacious, near the trail, everything we needed. The train sounds in the night were a challenge. Ear plugs help. Everything else was perfect. We found some local music and food truck organized by Bloom Brewery in the evening. Breakfast options were scarce since Gary's Chuck Wagon was closed.”

“Very clean studio and well supplied. Pet friendly fenced in area . Owners Tammy and Floyd onsite and readily available for any issues you have. I am solo traveler with my dog and I feel safe here. This is 2nd time staying here. Planning on returning again in Sept. Absolutely love the studio very private. ”

“Budget-friendly place to stay if looking to be in Pittsburgh and not pay the Pittsburgh prices. I would have like to have seen railing on the stairs between floors. The stairs are narrow and a few of the lights were out in the stairway which meant we just had to be a little more careful coming down to use the restroom in the middle of the night! It fit our pupose of coming to town for a concert. Thanks!”

“A dream of a cabin! Everything you need for some time alone. Tammy and Floyd are welcoming and friendly hosts. My favorite spot was a rocker on the front porch, with a book and a glass of wine..”

“We wanted a quiet weekend away and didn't want that hotel experience. That is exactly what we got. Beautiful property and a lot of things to do for all ages. The cabin was exactly as described and clean. Our view of the river was a plus and the area where we were was quiet. We built a fire to sit by in the evening and cooked outside for supper. We will definitely be back and may make this our go to when we visit the granddaughter and our kids.”
